Presentation
Established since 1984 in an old house built in 1668 by an arquebusier (specialized in the production of weapons), Bistrot Le Pape Georges was the first to serve wine by the glass in Québec. Fine Quebec’s cheeses, Nachos, Home made chili con carne, soups of the day, sandwiches and a wide selection of wines and beers made its reputation.
For those who wish to spend an excellent evening and enjoy a festive musical experience, the Bistrot Pape-Georges presents acoustic blues shows with local bands from Thursday to Saturday, and even internationally renowned.
Enjoy the hot sunny days on their beautiful terrasse. Also really appreciated by the locals, it’s a unique place to discover.
