In 2016, Martin Audet and Annabelle Bourget started their dairy production and processing business. Both biologists, they are passionate about the processing of goat’s milk in all its forms. They started in 2017 with the development of high-quality natural soaps and body care products. Subsequently, in 2018, it was the beginning of the development of several cheeses made in association with different cheese factories. It was also in 2018 that they inaugurated the cheese, soap and body care products shop on Île d’Orléans. In 2019, it is the beginning of the construction of the cheese factory on the site of the farm. Construction is completed in April 2021. It is in the winter of 2021 that they have the idea of developing an ice cream with goat’s milk. After several tests, the ice cream is perfect. A real ice cream with farmer’s goat’s milk, with real vanilla and real Belgian chocolate. Never before seen in Quebec! The marketing in the shop was done in May 2021 and since then, only satisfied customers! Following the growing success of their farm products, Martin and Annabelle decided to open a new boutique with all their products, located in the Quartier Petit Champlain in Quebec City.
